How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card

  - Discover
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : All Region
  • Shipping Rate : Fixed Shipping Rate : Regardless of your order amount, $45will be charged for shipping.
  • Delivery Time : 4 - 8 days
  • - All orders will be delivered free of charge within 2-3 business days in Korea. Additional delivery fees may incur in Jeju Island, islands/mountains.
    - Made to order products may require 1 week to 3 weeks periods for delivery depending on the products. Detailed production period and delivery date will be informed through email after the order is confirmed.
    - International orders will be shipped via DHL. Detailed information about delivery fee and delivery date will be informed through email after the order is confirmed. If the destination is out of the coverage of the courier, additional delivery fees may incur.

Returns
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted as a return.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts will not be accepted as a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. GAYEON LEE will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and the item will not be accepted as a return.
- We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
All SALE (PROMO CODE) items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange requests on sale items will not be accepted.
- To complete your return, please email us to request a returns form and we will then send you an e-mail with all the appropriate information on how to return your parcel, including your Returns Number.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied within 10 days to your original method of payment.
*Please note: original shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If it seems you have not yet received your refund, please carefully check your bank account / credit card statement again.
- There is often some processing time before a refund appears, and it may take some time before the refund appears on your statement.
- If you have done this and you the refund is still not appearing, please contact us at sales@gayeonlee.com 
 
Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@gayeonlee.com
 
Returns Shipping
- We do not provide return shipping. Please send the merchandise back to the address noted on the form using any courier of your choice. Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received and processed. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days. Please note: original shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
*Important Information
- Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, accompanied by the return form.
- Ensure all products are exactly as you received them, tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
